The Ulster-Scots Community Network aims to preserve, promote & develop all aspects of Ulster-Scots heritage & culture

As a representative umbrella organisation with over 400 member groups, we are committed to representing the interests of those who engage in a variety of Ulster-Scots activities.

History

At its shortest point, the crossing between Ulster and Scotland is only twelve miles, a journey which many people have been taking for centuries

This short distance has led to a history and culture that has developed together over many years. Discover your heritage and find out more.

We have produced many publications on Ulster-Scots history, language, literature and culture. They are all available to read online, and physical copies are available from the Discover Ulster-Scots Centre.

Our Shop

The Ulster-Scots shop has everything from books to cards, ties to handbags, including a wide range of local crafts. We are still working on getting our online shop up and running, but all products are available directly from the Discover Ulster-Scots Centre!
